It's very simple.  We work just like a hotel late room booking website, but instead of selling rooms, we sell car servicing for manufacturer authorised main dealers.  Main dealers can have excess capacity in their service bays, so instead of leaving the service bay empty they discount the car servicing costs and sell the service through us.
